              Micro-Audit: Student Support & Complaints and Appeals
This micro-audit will focus on the relevant Standards for student support & complaints and appeals.
The process will involve:
- Our team will provide a documentation request for you to send through the relevant information 
- A review will be conducted of the relevant documentation, as well as publicly available information 
- An online 1-hour interview with relevant people from your team will be conducted to confirm actual practices 
- You will be provided with a documented summary of recommendations to action
