Micro-Audit: Training Product Review

$1,650.00

An RTO’s core services that it provides to students and industry is the delivery of training and assessment, followed by issuance of qualifications/statements of attainment. This makes it imperative that all documentation and processes related to training and assessment reflect compliant and quality practices.

Materials used for delivering training and assessment should be reviewed internally by the RTO on a regular basis to ensure compliance but also areas for improvement. We recommend that RTOs seek external feedback from time to time as a health check to determine if their practices are in alignment with industry and regulatory requirements.

For each training product (units, skill sets, qualification or accredited course) reviewed, a maximum of two units are included and we will require access to the following materials:

      • Training & Assessment Strategies

      • Training material

      • Assessment material (including assessor guides and mapping)

      • Validation evidence

      • Industry engagement evidence

      • Feedback from stakeholders

      • Trainer & Assessor matrix/evidence for up to 2 x trainers/assessors

We will provide documented feedback on areas for rectification or improvement. If required, your team can book in a Zoom session to discuss the findings (cost is additional).
