Product Purpose
Many RTOs have checklists and procedures in place for ensuring marketing information is correct and compliant with Clause 4.1 of the Standards for RTOs 2015. However, this is not where your checks and balances should end. If your RTO has a funding contract in place, then the requirements of the contract also need to be met.
